At Jonjo Thrifts, we put our customers #1 because, without them, we are nothing! We realize that terms and conditions that are 2 pages+ long are boring and almost always just ticked without the customer giving informed consent. Which is why we have kept it short, sweet, and easy to understand. Please read the following to understand what you’re signing up for when purchasing through us. Cheers, Jonjo Thrifts!

Product Grading:

As a vintage clothing store, we also abide by the universal grading system that is used when referencing the condition of a vintage clothing item’s condition. They are the following:

A++ (Brand New With Tags/Original Packaging)

A+ (Brand New With NO Tags/Original Packaging/Like New Condition)

A (Mint Condition)

B+ and B (minor stains/fading/deformities)

B- and C+ (Mediocre, stains/fading/deformities)

C and C- (Major stains/fading/deformities)

Refunds:

All sales are final at Jonjo Thrifts. However, if for any reason your item did not come as described, or another issue on our end of the transaction, we are more than happy to provide a full refund as it’s not fair to our customers.

Sale items:

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges:

Exchanges can only occur if you want to change an item that didn’t arrive as described or any other issue on our end, for a same-value item (excluding shipping). You would then either go to our Contact Page and fill in a contact form, or contact us on Instagram @jonjo.thrifts. We would also have to receive the item in hand and identify it was the right item we sent to you, and then we ship your exchanged item to you. (You pay for shipping the item back).

Shipping returns:

If you are eligible for a refund as stated above, the first step of this process would be to return the product back to us. You would mail it back to 115 Spinnaker Drive, Whitby, Porirua, 5024. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
